Artist Statement:
​Life experience has shown me that whenever one door closes, another one opens ...
each season of life creates new, exciting opportunities. When the physical effects of autoimmune disorders caused me to give up my career I wondered what would be next. I opened my eyes to discover the wonderful, beautiful world of art. Today I am a well
contented Boomer with a different purpose. I sculpt realistic botanical ecreations of plants and flowers. My work has been featured in Vive South Carolina magazine and can be seen in South Carolina galleries. My sculpted flowers are a reminder that beauty is all around us... as long as our eyes are open to it.
